The Music of Rushmore

An all-star team came together to perform the music of Wes Anderson’s Rushmore at The Chapel in San Francisco with SF Sketchfest. They absolutely rocked it. Out of all the events I’ve photographed this one may very likely be the most fun.

The Bay Bridged has my original write-up, which lists all artists performing, but I wanted to add that this was a tribute show to Ralph Carney. The best quote about Ralph that I ran across was from Tom Waits, who said “Ralph’s great… He’s guided by some other source of information. He’s like a broken toy that works better than before it was broken.”
